Judi Finneran is the President of Team Women International which is a women only, business referral networking organization. There are chapters all over the country and each meets for one hour every other week to actively support their Team Members in growing their business. Each chapter is limited to no more than 30 members and only one woman per core profession. Team Women is unique in that there are no minimum number of referrals required. However, there is a level of quality required for for each one which typically turns the referral into business and money.

As a former realtor, Judi was in the top 1% of agents countrywide and learned how important personal relationships and networking are to creating a great business. Judi has also created two very successful direct sales teams and shares her passion of networking with her team. Judi is a published author and has appeared on AM Arizona, Better Connecticut morning shows as well as Take 10 Women’s Radio. Team Women is also a member of more than one dozen Chamber of Commerce’s across the country.

Judi also offers courses and coaching on Successful Entrepreneurship and facilitates Team Women University.
